Dear Customer, please remember

Before accepting the parcel, check that its packaging is not damaged and has not been opened. If you are concerned that the parcel may have been pilfered or damaged, have a damage report drawn up on receipt in the presence of the person who delivered it. If the courier does not want to wait while you check the parcel and you suspect that it is damaged, please write "accepting a damaged parcel" in the comments field of the consignment note. FAILURE TO COMPLETE THESE FORMALITIES WILL RESULT IN THE CARRIER REJECTING THE COMPLAINT ABOUT TRANSPORT DAMAGE and the goods cannot be exchanged for new ones.

Shipping costs for scratching posts start at PLN 12, depending on the type of scratching post and the number of items purchased. For larger orders, shipping can also be quoted individually – please contact us beforehand. Personal collection is possible after prior confirmation and preparation of the goods.



The delivery time of the ordered goods depends on their availability, about which the customer is informed as soon as possible. Orders are fulfilled within 2 to 10 working days, but most products are shipped within 2–4 working days. Processing of the order starts after payment has been received (confirmation of the online payment or the transfer being credited to the shop's account), and for cash on delivery – after the order has been placed.

For cash on delivery orders exceeding PLN 1,000, we require a prepayment of 30%, payable to the account:
